Job Summary

Coordinate and manage construction activities to ensure timely, budget-compliant project completion. Liaise with stakeholders, monitor resources, track costs, and support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to drive project success.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Liaise effectively between project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
• Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for accurate tracking
• Monitor material deliveries to ensure timely availability of resources on site
• Plan work sequences and resolve site-related issues to maintain workflow continuity
• Track project costs, invoices, and purchase orders in coordination with the finance team to control budget adherence
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local construction codes to maintain site safety and legal standards
• Organize site meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress
• Maintain accurate records of drawings, permits, contracts, and change orders for project transparency
• Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks to enhance project efficiency
• Identify potential delays or risks and report them promptly to management for timely mitigation

Required competencies and certifications

• Candidate must posses Diploma or degree in any related field.
• Candidate must have Experience in a related field.
• Ability to work alternative shifts based on site schedule.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and multitask effectively.
