We are hiring a Contract & Project Coordinator for a 6-month, full-time contract supporting operational planning and environmental work.

You will support contract lifecycle activities, including variations, renewals, enforcement processes and planning for replacement contracts. You will monitor deliverables, timelines and governance requirements, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintain contract records, submissions and management reports. You will also coordinate cross-departmental engagements, track project schedules, follow up on action items, arrange meetings and support audit preparation.

This role may suit someone with 1–2 years of relevant experience who is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders.

Key requirements:

• 1–2 years of relevant working experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

• Ability to work independently

• Good interpersonal communication and attention to detail
