• Education Requirement: Degree in engineering field with CGPA 3.2 and above

• Additional Desirable Qualifications: Fresh Grad/Min 1 years relevant working experience in semiconductor / Electronics manufacturing environment.

Job Overview:

Responsible for supporting encap production line include Pre-Encap Plasma – Encap cure process. Responsible for any product yield and machine downtime related issue with regards to equipment, maintenance, product and process.

1. Perform process improvement plan and sustaining activity to ensure process yield improve.

2. Machine maintenance and troubleshooting for any machine breakdown

3. Involved in regular engineering NPI activities for product, process & equipment qualification

4. Work together with Manufacturing team to prioritize the urgent and revenue lots as well as other lots in pipeline.

5. Communicate with Manufacturing team to plan on the line activities and conversions

6. Maintain and monitor process parameters in order to control process stability.

7. Use diagnostic tools and software to assess problems and implement solutions.

8. All other activities and duty assign by Sr. Engineers/ Management time to *************

9. Prepare reports on the process activity and equipment details anaylysis..
