We are a toy wholesaler with our own exclusive brands in Malaysia. We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Sales Merchandiser to support our retail outlets throughout the Klang Valley.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do - Stock Management

• Check stock levels at assigned retail outlets.
• Refill products and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Inform the team when additional stock is required.
• Conduct stock counts when requested.
• Check and remove damaged products.

Product Display

• Arrange products neatly and attractively.
• Keep shelves and display areas clean and tidy.
• Make sure products have the correct price tags.
• Set up promotional displays and materials.
• Improve product visibility to attract customers.

Store Visits

• Visit assigned outlets according to the daily schedule.
• Follow the planned route and complete all assigned visits.
• Build a good working relationship with store staff.
• Discuss stock and display issues with the relevant store personnel.

Sales Support

• Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products.
• Check whether promotions and special displays have been set up correctly.
• Provide feedback on customer response and product performance.
• Observe and report competitor products, prices and promotions.
• Support sales activities when required.

Reporting

• Submit visit reports, stock updates and product photos.
• Report low-stock, damaged-stock and display issues.
• Share feedback on sales and stock movement.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Merchandising or retail experience is an advantage.
• GDL license is preferred.
• Fresh school leavers are welcome to apply.
• Training will be provided.

Transport and Travel

• Willing to travel between retail outlets in the Klang Valley.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence are preferred.
• Able to follow the assigned visit schedule and route.

Skills:

• Responsible, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work independently.
• Friendly and able to communicate well with store staff.
• Able to use WhatsApp and basic mobile applications for reporting.
• Physically fit and able to carry and arrange stock.
• Organised and attentive to detail.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
