About the Role:
Manage the customer service aspects/team which help drive sales growth for our catering business — converting enquiries into bookings, growing key accounts, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Lead the customer service team to hit service target
• Handle escalations and resolve client issues
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Track KPIs and report to management
• Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance for order fulfilment

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales (F&B/catering/hospitality/events preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team management experience preferred
• CRM/order system proficiency
