Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the worksite.
Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and work schedules.
Coordinate manpower, materials, tools and equipment required for construction activities.
Monitor the quality and progress of construction works and report issues to the Project Manager/Site Manager.
Ensure construction activities comply with workplace safety requirements and company procedures.
Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other site personnel to resolve site issues.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices.
Maintain daily records of work progress, manpower and site activities.
Perform other construction supervision duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Relevant qualification or technical certification in construction, building or a related field.
Relevant experience in construction site supervision or as a general foreman.
Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination and worksite safety.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to supervise workers and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
Willingness to work at construction sites and according to project requirements.
Relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
