Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction/site management.

Proven experience in managing construction site operations and project execution.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site procedures.

Able to coordinate and supervise site supervisors, subcontractors, workers, consultants, and other project personnel.

Able to monitor project progress, quality, safety, and site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project requirements and schedule.

Good understanding of project planning, scheduling, site coordination, and progress monitoring.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Able to prepare and review site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.

Oversee and manage daily site operations and construction activities

Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedul

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site supervisors, foremen and workers

Plan and monitor site resources including manpower, materials, machinery and equipment

Monitor work progress, quality, productivity and workmanship standards

Enforce site safety, health and environmental (SHE) compliance in accordance with DOSH, CIDB and project requirements

Conduct site inspections and identify potential issues or non-compliance

Resolve technical and site-related problems to avoid delays or rework

Attend site coordination meetings and liaise with consultants, clients and internal project teams

Ensure proper implementation of site instructions, NCRs and rectification works

Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly site progress reports

Maintain proper site documentation, records and as-built information

Assist in project handover, testing & commissioning and defect rectification
