• Supervise and lead QC inspectors on the production line.
• Monitor in-process and finished product quality to meet standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company quality requirements.
• Conduct inspections, testing, and line clearance before production.
• Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
• Train and guide team members on quality procedures and safety practices.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce defects and increase efficiency.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM, STPM, or Certificate.
• Open to fresh diploma graduates.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in line operations leader.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and reliable.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and overtime, as required
