About the Roles

Join as an IT Support Engineer based in Tai Seng / MacPherson, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm in a permanent position. Enjoy a basic salary of up to $2,700 + AWS + Performance Bonus, while gaining hands-on exposure to IT / AI & Video Analytics Solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deploy and configure applications at customer sites.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform network setup and troubleshoot Windows Command Line and IIS issues.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve product and service-related issues.
• Document customer enquiries, incidents, and resolutions accurately.
• Generate system logs, usage reports, and bug reports as required.
• Collaborate with software developers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated on system changes, product information, and technical updates.

What We’re Looking For

• ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in on-site deployment, debugging, and technical customer support.
• Strong knowledge of network setup and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Windows Command Line and IIS.
• SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and task management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and support team members.

• Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
