Job Summary
Manage and develop an assigned insurance portfolio while delivering excellent administrative and customer service to clients. Support daily operations and contribute to process and product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Manage, service, and develop an assigned insurance portfolio, including motor and bond insurance, to meet client needs
- Deliver excellent administrative and customer service related to general insurance products, ensuring client satisfaction
- Build and maintain value-added relationships with clients and leads to act as a trusted insurance advisor
- Participate in discussions to identify and implement improvements in company processes and insurance product offerings
- Provide administrative support for daily operations as required, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion
Competencies and qualifications
- Min Diploma, preferably with General Insurance Certification and/or Health Insurance Certification
- At least 1 year of related or relevant experience; candidates without prior experience are welcome (training provided)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, independent, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
