Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SharePoint Online sites, document management solutions, lists, libraries, permissions and workflows.
- Design, build, test and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate and/or UiPath.
- Integrate Microsoft 365 tools including Teams, Outlook, Power Apps and Power BI to support business processes.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, prepare solution designs and support user adoption.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, documentation and training for deployed solutions.
Requirements
- Degree or Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Analytics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development/administration, workflow automation or RPA development.
- Proficiency in Power Automate; UiPath experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 integration, permissions, metadata and document management.
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English; Putonghua is an advantage.
