Main Purpose of the Job

• Lead the technology strategy and direction for the company

Principle Responsibilities & Duties

• Set the vision and strategy for the company's technology landscape
• Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Collaborate with other executives to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of new technology solutions
• Ensure the security and integrity of the company's data and IT infrastructure
• Monitor and analyze technology trends to keep the company at the forefront of innovation
• Develop and implement technology policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technology projects
• Experience managing and developing high-performing technology teams
