About Us

JNA Real Estate is a Singapore property team focused on residential sales, investment advisory and shophouses. Content is central to how we grow: we produce educational reels, property walkthroughs and long-form videos across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. We're looking for someone who can own video production from setup to final export.

What You'll Do

Studio production

•   Set up and run studio shoots, including cameras, lighting, audio and backdrops, for talking-head content, educational series and interviews

•   Keep the studio and gear organised, maintained and shoot-ready

Reels & short-form

•   Film and edit reels for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts

•   Add captions, B-roll, motion text, sound design and platform-specific formatting

•   Keep up with trends, hooks and formats that drive engagement

Long-form videos

•   Travel with the founder to film on location: property viewings, meetings, events, and day-in-the-life content

•   Shoot and edit long-form videos (3–15 min) with strong structure and pacing

•   Capture property and lifestyle B-roll, including interiors, exteriors and neighbourhood shots

Post-production & workflow

•   Manage the full edit: assembly, colour grading, audio clean-up, graphics and export for each platform

•   Create motion graphics and 3D animation (as needed) for reels and long-form videos, such as titles, lower thirds, data visualisations and animated explainers

•   Maintain an organised footage library and project archive

•   Turn around edits on schedule and iterate on feedback quickly

What We're Looking For

•   2+ years of experience shooting and editing, either in-house, at an agency or freelance

•   Strong command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve

•   Proficiency in motion graphics (After Effects or similar) and 3D animation (Blender, Cinema 4D or similar)

•   Hands-on experience with mirrorless/cinema cameras, lighting setups and wireless audio

•   A good eye for composition and storytelling in both short-form and long-form

•   Comfortable working on the move, with flexible hours when shoots require it

•   Self-directed, reliable and able to manage multiple projects

•   Bonus: experience with real estate, architecture or interior videography, or drone footage (CAAS-licensed)

•   Monthly salary of S$2,800 – S$4,000, depending on experience and portfolio
