As a Business Development Executive, you’ll hunt for new business opportunities, convert leads, build strong client ties and drive strategic efforts to boost the Company’s success.

 Key Responsibilities

• Source for precious metal-bearing materials across scrapyards, workshops and industrial sectors while building key business partnerships.

• Evaluate purchasing decisions to ensure all transactions are profitable.

• Prepare proposals and contracts tailored to customer requirements.

• Monitor market trends and stay informed of changes affecting precious metal pricing and demand.

• Analyse customer requirements and identify commercially viable opportunities.

• Develop strategic customer accounts and long-term business partnerships.

• Recommend process improvements and business growth initiatives.

• Maintain CRM records and business development pipelines.

Requirements:

• Able to converse in good English.
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Business.
• Established track record for B2B Business Development.
• Energetic and willing to engage in field-based activities.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and networking skills.
• Willing to travel.
