Key Responsibilities:

• Safety Management & Compliance: Implement safety programs, conduct hazard/risk assessments, ensure OSHA 1994 compliance, and liaise with government agencies (BOMBA, DOSH, MOH).
• Fire Systems & Equipment: Manage and inspect fire-fighting equipment, pumps, and specialized apparatus (Gondola, Power Climber, Genie, Scaffolding).
• Operations & Site Supervision: Oversee Fire Alarm Panel monitoring, approve Permits-To-Work (PTW), inspect tenant renovation sites, and conduct emergency drills.
• Training & Reporting: Educate tenants on safety standards, organize employee safety training, and document all inspection.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Fire & Safety (Property/Mall management preferred).

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
