Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and resolution time
• Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
• Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other customer service technologies
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
