Salary Range: MYR 4,000 - 5,500 (subject to experience)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Loan Credit Administration Senior Executive role in autofinance industry. The role will focus on loan documentation, financing agreements, document verification, stamping matters, and loan disbursement processing within a structured MNC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and check vehicle financing and loan agreements for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify customer and security documents and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Handle stamping, e-stamping, and LHDN-related matters.
• Organise and prepare financing documents for mailing to customers.
• Process loan release and disbursement once all requirements have been fulfilled.
• Maintain accurate records and proper filing of financing documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and relevant external parties to resolve documentation issues and ensure timely processing.
• Assist with other administrative and operational duties within the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from banking, financial services, credit companies, auto financing, loan processing, or related industries.
• Experience in backend operations, financing documentation, loan agreements, credit administration, or disbursement processing is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, document-handling, and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, Mandarin, Bahasa & English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
