Work location : Changi

Work schedule : 5.5 days/week – Mon to Fri, 7.30am to 5pm, Sat, 7.30am to 12pm.

Job Description

• Manage and supervise all technical and soft services within Bundle properties
• Ensure achievement of committed deliverables in all works undertaken by our team, our sub-contractors to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure that contractual obligations are executed and performed accordingly by our team, subcontractors, specialist contractors and HTD’s direct contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and non-statutory licensing requirements. Conduct regular inspections of the building and equipment
• To attend regular Operations Meeting with respective FMM, HTD stakeholders, as well as carry out weekly review meeting with key personnel (Technical Officer, Technicians, Contractors, etc.) to go through all outstanding matters

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical /Mechanical Engineering or equivalent recognised by Singapore Government or other professional bodies such as Professional Engineers Board or Institution of Engineers
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
