JOB RESPONSIBILITY

i. To supervise in the day-to-day parking activities at respective sites and ensure smooth running of the operation

ii. Dealing with shoppers for any enquiries related to Cashless parking and Season parking.

iii. Conduct routine checks within the car park to ensure all related equipment are in good working order.

iv. Carry out daily check on condition of car park system equipment (barriers, intercoms cashless machines, handheld, etc.).

v. To monitor the car park system equipment is in good condition and functioning efficiently. Report to Senior Executive (Operation) on any malfunction.

vi. Respond and check immediately to any report on damage to car park equipment, unauthorized access, incident and irregular matters.

vii. Record in log book on any accident/incident, manual collection, penalty payment, etc.

viii. Additional duties related to car park operation shall be assigned from time to time.

ix. Ensure a safe, hazard free, tidy clean and organized parking environment.

x. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Minimum of SPM level qualification/O Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in PR/Communication/Marketing or related fields.

2) Minimum 1 -2 years working experience and must be willing to work on Shift

3) Own Transport

4) Familiar and understands the operations of all parking-related equipment at the car park is an added advantage.

5) Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Words)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
