Diploma or equivalent qualification.

1–3 years’ experience in Fresh/Frozen, supermarket, hypermarket or FMCG retail.

Knowledge of food safety, stock control, merchandising and cold-chain management.

Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Manage daily Fresh & Frozen department operations.

Monitor sales, gross profit, stock availability and inventory accuracy.

Ensure product freshness, quality, proper merchandising and presentation.

Manage ordering, stock levels, FIFO, expiry, wastage and shrinkage.

Monitor chiller/freezer temperature and cold-chain compliance.

Ensure food safety, hygiene and company SOP standards.

Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement on deliveries and product quality.

Execute promotions and seasonal merchandising activities.

Supervise, train and coordinate department staff.

Handle customer feedback and product-related complaints.
