Role Overview

The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing qualified attendees (delegates) for conferences, summits, and corporate events. This role focuses on outreach, relationship building, and achieving delegate attendance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential delegates aligned with event themes and target audience
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to invite and confirm participation
• Build and maintain a pipeline/database of prospects
• Clearly communicate event value propositions, agendas, and speaker lineups
• Achieve weekly/monthly delegate acquisition targets
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to optimize campaigns
• Provide feedback on market trends and delegate interests
• Handle delegate queries and ensure a smooth registration process

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, event management, or customer acquisition
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
