The Solution Architect designs, implements, and optimizes cloud solutions aligned with customer business needs. Blending technical expertise with consultative engagement, this role guides clients through their digital transformation. Certifications in AWS, Alibaba Cloud, or Azure are highly advantageous.

Location: Convenient office location, just a 10-minute walk from LRT & MRT.

Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Lead architecture initiatives from inception to completion, translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with business needs.
• Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency and solution delivery.

Advisory & Technical Expertise

• Act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert (SME) for business users and stakeholders across the customer lifecycle, from discovery and design to deployment, operations, and optimization.
• Provide consultative guidance to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Collaboration & Execution

• Collaborate closely with business users, sales, business development, and technical teams to align solutions with customer and organizational goals.
• Support technical operations or account management tasks as required by the Business Development team, ensuring high standards of solution delivery.

Documentation & Innovation

• Produce high-quality technical documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions and ensure standards are maintained.
• Stay up to date with cloud technology trends and provide input to enhance OneCloud’s solutions and offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design, or technical consulting.
• Certifications: Professional certifications (AWS, Alibaba Cloud, Azure, etc.) are highly advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (IaaS, PaaS), networking, storage, security, and automation frameworks.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to effectively support regional clients.
