Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition activities across Malaysia, China and Taiwan, from manpower planning, job requirement intake, sourcing, screening and interviews to offer management and onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans based on business needs, talent market conditions and hiring priorities, particularly for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Partner closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand manpower requirements, provide recruitment insights, calibrate candidate profiles and drive effective hiring decisions.
Manage and monitor the recruitment pipeline, hiring timelines and SLA, ensuring positions progress efficiently and proactively addressing hiring bottlenecks.
Lead and monitor the Talent Acquisition team, including workload allocation, recruitment performance, hiring progress, coaching and day-to-day support to ensure team objectives are achieved.
Build and maintain a strong regional talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels, networking, referrals, talent communities and other recruitment initiatives.
Analyse recruitment data and prepare regular reports on hiring progress, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and team performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process while maintaining accurate recruitment records and compliance with company processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and drive data-based decisions.
Proven ability to lead recruitment teams and deliver on high-volume or complex hiring needs.
Experience in employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, and event coordination is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
Willing to work full on-site at office in Kuala Lumpur.
