Job Description
Accurately take and process customer orders via phone, email, or messaging.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
Provide dedicated account servicing and support for regular customers.
Update product pricing and stock allocations using our ERP system.
Job Requirements
Minimum
O-Level qualification
with
at least 2 years of relevant experience
in a similar role.
Meticulous and organized
individual with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
.
Proficiency in Mandarin
is essential due to the nature of our product (pork) and
customer base
.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office applications
(Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision)
is an advantage.
44 hour week
Able to work on Saturdays (& Public Holidays if necessary)

We have a diverse customer base, covering major supermarkets, food manufacturers, wholesalers, HORECA, social clubs, retailers, food-courts and wet market stalls.
Today, we operate from a purpose built facility incorporating state-of-the-art automated storage and processing technologies, enabling us to deliver quality products and services to consumers.
