JobSummary

Weare looking for a dynamic Test Engineering Operator to support the testing of Optical Interconnect productsin production environment. This role works closely with R&D,quality, and operations teams to ensure products are thoroughly characterized,reliably tested, and ready to scale from prototype to mass production. The ideal candidateis a strong team player who has interest in testing day in day out of opticaland electronic test systems.

KeyResponsibilities

• Support the testing and troubleshooting of fiber optic modules, including root cause analysis of failures during prototyping and production.
• Interface with and program I2C-based devices for configuration and diagnostics.
• Operate and interpret data from test instruments including power meters, optical spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, optical scope, BERTs, and high-speed signal analyzers.
• Work with FPGA engineers to test and validate firmware functionality during development and integration phases.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, NPI, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth transfer of new designs into production.
• Create and maintain documentation including test procedures, work instructions, and technical reports.
