Job Summary

You will support sales and operations by preparing invoices, work orders, quotations, and delivery documents, coordinating shipments, standardizing filing systems, and responding to customer sales enquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

Submit invoices accurately to ensure timely billing and payment processing

Prepare work orders, quotations, and delivery orders to support customer transactions and order fulfillment

Develop plating process specifications tailored to customer requirements to ensure quality service delivery

Coordinate and maintain standardized filing systems on company computers for easy document retrieval

Organize shipments and prepare related documentation to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders

Create standardized sales letters incorporating company product brochures to support sales communications

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales enquiries to support customer engagement and sales opportunities

Sterling Impreglon Asia Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 1989, with interests in engineering products and on-site brush plating services. We offer a wide range of specialized engineering products, such as brush plating chemicals and equipment, non-spark tools and production line tank electroplating equipment.

We also provide copper, gold, nickel, silver, tin, and zinc brush plating services.

In addition, we offer on-site repair services without disassembly, for damaged generators, marine diesel engine main bearing saddles, printing cylinders, paper mill Yankee dryers, steam turbine journals, stone crusher cone shafts, stacker shafts, heavy equipment and hydraulic shafts.

We also provide value-added anti-galling brush plating for oil tool premium and non-premium connections. We have been audited and qualified by major licensors and we have been performing this service since 1989. Our in-situ service philosophy is to repair damaged mechanical component without disassembly, saving on expensive downtime, production losses and replacement of parts.
