Clinic Assistant

role centered on front-desk patient care, administrative operations, and supporting doctors with daily clinic tasks.

Responsibilities

Patient Care & Front Desk:
Greet patients, handle walk-in and phone enquiries, handle registration, and schedule appointments.

Financials & Admin:
Process payment transactions and assist with daily clinic operational tasks.

Clinical Support:
Dispense medicines strictly according to doctor instructions and keep the clinic clean and organized.

General:
Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:
Minimum N/O Levels, NITEC, or equivalent secondary qualification.

Skills & Attributes:
Basic computer literacy, friendly demeanor, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.

Experience:
Customer service background is an advantage (not strictly required).

Schedule:
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
