Description
Enjoy helping guests, handling bookings, and delivering great service? Join a hospitality team where you’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into bookings while creating a smooth and positive guest experience.
Location
: Orchard Area
Timing:
44 hours, 5 days, operational shift (8am-5pm / 1.30pm-11pm / 10.30pm-8am)
Benefits:
AWS + Performance Bonus + Staff Meals + 14 days A/L + 2 days family care leave + 1 birthday leave.
Key Responsibilities
Handle room reservation enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings accurately and efficiently
Provide clear information on room options, promotions, and hotel offerings
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
Respond to guest requests professionally and in a timely manner
Ensure reservation details are recorded accurately in booking systems
Support administrative tasks related to reservations and room inventory
Maintain high service standards in all guest communications
Requirements
Experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality operations is an advantage
Strong communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy
Comfortable using computer systems and reservation platforms
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
Able to communicate in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers
Customer-focused with a strong service mindset
