Location: Bedok North, Singapore
The Cake Factory is looking for a friendly and organised Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys administrative work, coordinating with customers and suppliers, and working in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including preparing quotations and responding to email enquiries
Process customer orders and coordinate order information with the production team
Prepare and print product labels
Assist with inventory ordering and coordination with suppliers
Process supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers, and assist with payment administration
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and supplier documents
Receive incoming deliveries and ensure goods are properly checked and stored
Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and related documents when required
Assist with maintaining food safety and quality documentation (ISO, HACCP, and Halal certifications)
Support day-to-day office administration and operational tasks
Requirements
Organised and detail-oriented
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in administration is preferred, but applicants without experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
