Partner with HC Operations to ensure a smooth handoff from recruitment to onboarding, aligning with the firm’s recruitment-to-onboarding workflow.

Employer Branding & Campus Recruitment

Support employer branding initiatives, social media recruitment campaigns, and industry events.
Coordinate university relations, internship programs, and campus recruitment activities.
Build and maintain talent communities for future hiring needs.
Support career fairs, industry conferences, and networking initiatives.
