• Supporting the redesign of teaching and learning materials, including lab exercises, studio-based learning activities, prompt examples and frontier topics;

• Providing technical support during course implementation, including assisting with student lab activities, troubleshooting, user testing, and the collection of student feedback;

• Providing research support on evaluation activities, including data collection, data processing, student feedback analysis, and the preparation of progress or final reports; and

• Performing any other duties as assigned.

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in Intelligent Information Systems/AI in Business/Information Management/Global Business Systems Management/Digital Innovation, or other relevant disciplines;

• Good analytical, problem-solving, organisational, and self-learning abilities;

• Good command of written and spoken English; and

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
