Job Description:

• Oversee the company's daily accounting and financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, financial planning, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports and accurate financial records.
• Monitor the company's financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other relevant parties.
• Supervise the finance and accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support management in financial analysis, business planning, and decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or professional qualifications such as ACCA, CAT, or CIMA.
• Experience in consolidated accounting, preferably in a Japanese company.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and management reporting.
• Able to explain financial results and provide useful business insights.
• Strong strategic thinking, integrity, and a results-driven attitude.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with BI tools is an advantage.
• Good leadership skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
