QUALITY INSPECTOR (QA/QC)|

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: $2000 - $3000

12-hour Day Shift Allowance: $12 per shift
12-hour Night Shift Allowance: $24 per shift
Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday


Working Hours

Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM



Key Responsibilities

Perform product inspections and quality checks in accordance with established quality standards.
Conduct visual and functional inspections on components and finished products.
Identify, record and report product defects or non-conformities.
Assist with failure analysis, investigation and reporting.
Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Technical, vocational, NITEC or equivalent qualification preferred.
At least 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, QA/QC, manufacturing or a production environment.
Able to perform duties in a manufacturing environment.
Able to use inspection tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Comfortable working at heights where required and able to comply with workplace safety requirements.
