Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B Sales Opportunities within the local medical and healthcare ecosystem.
• Work closely with prospective clients to evaluate their delivery needs and propose tailored logistics service packages.
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with key decision-makers to drive retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opprtunities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies.
• Prepare monthly reports for management review.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business/ Marketing /Communication or related disciplines
• 3+ years relevant experience, ideally in sales, marketing or customer services, or experience selling products / services into the medical / healthcare sector is definitely an advantage.
• Knowledge in healthcare logistics requirements.
• Prior working experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry is definitely an advantage but not necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Strong business senses and problem-solving skills
• Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills, creative and well-organized
• Energetic, aggressive, able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
