A well-established retail company is seeking a responsible and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate store staff to improve team productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
• Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and product displays.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
• Ensure the store maintains cleanliness, safety, and company standards.

Job Requirements

• Aged between 22 and 45 years old.
• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• At least 1–2 years of retail experience, in industries of footwear / fashion / apparel retail.
• At least 1-2 years in a supervisory / managerial role.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Melaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
