Are you an experienced operations professional with a passion for business growth?

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially minded and results-driven leader to strengthen our operations and support business expansion in the healthcare and nutraceutical industry.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead OEM manufacturing and operational activities.

Oversee procurement, supply chain, inventory and warehousing.

Improve operational efficiency, productivity and cost management.

Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Support new product development and commercialisation.

Develop business proposals and evaluate growth opportunities.

Lead teams, monitor KPIs and deliver measurable results.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

️ 5–7 years of relevant experience.

️ Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.

️ Strong operations and supply chain background.

️ Business development and commercial experience.

️ Strong leadership, negotiation skills, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

️ Experience in healthcare, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals or FMCG is an advantage.

️ Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
