• Lead quantity take-off, pricing and tender submissions for P&S, irrigation and RWH works
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims; track claimed vs certified amounts
• Prepare, assess and negotiate variation orders with proper substantiation
• Issue RFQs, compare quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors
• Support subcontract award, back-charges and final accounts • Maintain project cost trackers and material reconciliation
• Work with Accounts on DO-to-invoice verification and payment certification
• Guide and review the work of junior QS staff
