Admin & Accounts Assistant — Permanent Part-Time

Working hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm
Commitment:
4 hours daily, 20 hours weekly
Salary:
S$20–S$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin & Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and office operations. This permanent part-time role suits someone with hands-on bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a small team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoices, receipts and payment records.
Prepare bank payments for approval and follow up on outstanding customer payments.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
Prepare monthly profit and loss reports and other basic financial reports.
Organize supporting documents and liaise with our external accountant on reporting and year-end matters.
Administration & Customer Service Support
Handle day-to-day office administration, filing, data entry and office supplies.
Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate team member.
Provide basic customer service backup when our full-time Customer Service colleague is unavailable.
Assist with routine correspondence, documentation and coordination with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
Requirements
Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts and office administration.
Able to handle routine accounting tasks independently and accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software.
Comfortable communicating with customers and suppliers.
Organized, responsible and attentive to detail, with good follow-through.
Able to commit to a regular, permanent part-time schedule.
Experienced candidates returning to the workforce, semi-retired, or seeking a stable part-time role are welcome to apply.
