About the role

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction industry, particularly in new-build building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for site surveying, setting-out works, and measurements to ensure construction accuracy and compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out site surveying, setting-out and levelling works for new-build construction projects.

• Establish and verify survey control points, reference levels, gridlines and benchmarks.

• Perform setting-out works for piling, foundations, columns, beams, slabs and other structural elements.

• Verify building alignment, coordinates, dimensions and levels against approved construction drawings.

• Conduct site measurements, verification surveys and as-built surveys.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors on surveying requirements.

• Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and construction drawings.

• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, reports and as-built documentation.

• Ensure surveying activities comply with site safety requirements.

About you

• Relevant qualification in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant land surveying experience in Singapore's construction industry, including new-build building projects.

• Strong hands-on experience in structural setting-out, levelling and survey control works.

• Proficient in using Total Station, Auto Level and other surveying instruments.

• Able to interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings.

• Good knowledge of Singapore construction practices and site coordination requirements.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience working with a Singapore main contractor.

• Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or institutional building projects.

• Work Location: Various Locations (Anywhere in Singapore)
