The role is responsible for providing senior leadership, strategic advisory and market development support to the Hong Kong practice as part of the employee’s broader regional leadership mandate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advisory support to the Hong Kong leadership team on business growth, practice development, market positioning and operational effectiveness.
• Support the development and execution of Hong Kong-related strategic priorities aligned with the international network’s regional objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration between the Hong Kong practice, and other member firms on cross-border client opportunities, regional initiatives and shared business priorities.
• Represent the Hong Kong practice in selected regional discussions where Hong Kong business interests, market priorities, client opportunities or operational dependencies are involved.
• Support Hong Kong market development activities, such as key client relationship discussions, market connectivity and cross-border service opportunities.
• Assist the Hong Kong leadership team in identifying new areas for growth and business opportunity, including regional collaboration, practice development, market expansion and potential strategic alliances.
• Provide senior input on Hong Kong practice management matters, including leadership development, operational consistency, governance alignment and collaboration with other member firms.
• Support the identification and escalation of risks, dependencies and opportunities that may impact the Hong Kong practice or Hong Kong-related regional initiatives.
• Mentor selected Hong Kong-based senior professionals and support leadership capability building within the Hong Kong practice, where requested by Hong Kong leadership.

Requirement

• An accomplished senior leader with extensive experience in a global professional services firm or similarly complex international organisation.
• A strong track record of shaping regional strategy, accelerating business growth and developing markets across Asia Pacific.
• Deep knowledge of the Hong Kong market, supported by established relationships across the business and professional community.
• Executive presence and the ability to influence, advise and build alignment with senior stakeholders across markets and cultures.
• Exceptional commercial judgement, strategic perspective and the ability to lead effectively through influence.
• A relevant tertiary and/or professional qualification.
