Job Description – Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Opening and Closing Operations

* Ensure staff follow the daily opening and closing schedules.

* Ensure the outlet is ready for business and all closing procedures are completed properly.

2. Staff Scheduling and Management

* Prepare and manage staff work schedules to ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations.

* Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.

3. Recruitment and Hiring

* Assist in recruiting and hiring new team members to meet outlet staffing requirements.

4. Staff Training and Development

* Train new team members on daily operations, customer service, product knowledge, and company procedures.

* Ensure all staff understand and follow company standards.

5. Stock Ordering and Inventory Management

* Monitor stock levels and place orders to ensure sufficient inventory.

* Prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and unnecessary wastage.

6. Sales Performance and Target Achievement

* Drive daily sales performance to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Monitor sales results, identify opportunities to increase revenue, and motivate the team to achieve targets.

7. Stock Counting and Control

* Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts.

* Ensure stock records are accurate and investigate any discrepancies.

8. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

* Ensure all staff consistently follow company SOPs in daily operations.

* Monitor compliance with operational standards, cleanliness, and service quality.

9. Overall Outlet Performance

* Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high customer service standards, and support the outlet in achieving its sales and operational goals.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
