About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven and relationship-focused Cargo Sales Executive to join our Air Cargo Sales team. You will be responsible forgrowing cargo sales, developing strong relationships with freight forwarders and key customers, and maintaining effective relationships with airline partners to support business growth and operational requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about aviation, sales and logistics who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

• Minimum Diploma, Airline Operations, Airport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related fields.

• Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in air cargo, airline, freight forwarding, logistics or airport operations.

• Experience in air cargo booking or shipment coordination will be an advantage.

• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin/Chinese. Strong proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willing to work at KLIA & Subang, Kuala Lumpur

• Develop and grow air cargo sales by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer accounts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, cargo agents, key customers and airline partners.

• Promote cargo capacity, routes, schedules and services, and follow up on sales leads and customer enquiries.

• Coordinate with airline partners and internal teams on cargo capacity, rates, bookings and operational requirements.

• Conduct customer visits, airline meetings and business development activities to strengthen business relationships.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, achieve sales targets, and provide sales and market updates to management and airline partners.
