Handle online and in-store customer inquiries and recommend suitable skincare products.

Respond to customer enquiries and messages across Facebook, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, and WhatsApp.

Operate skin analysis equipment to analyze customers' skin conditions and provide personalized advice.

Proactively follow up with customers who have placed orders and continuously nurture potential leads.

Assist with daily store maintenance, inventory checks, and stock organization.

Support offline events, and assist in coordinating and training on-site Promoters.
