Senior Technical Solutions Consultant

Creative Cloud Community is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to lead technical solution design, pre-sales consultation, and project implementation across Microsoft and Adobe technologies, enterprise hardware, and business software solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and solutions for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Adobe, High-Performance Computing (HPC), AI supercomputers, AI GPU servers, and software projects.
• Support pre-sales activities, including customer meetings, technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Design IT solutions based on customer requirements, including hardware configurations, software licensing, and system integration.
• Lead technical implementation, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting projects.
• Advise customers on Microsoft Copilot readiness, security, governance, and adoption.
• Coordinate with Sales, vendors, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT solutions, technical consulting, or system integration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, Windows, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Good understanding of enterprise hardware, software licensing, networking, and cloud solutions.
• Experience in technical pre-sales, solution design, and project implementation.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft certifications and experience with Copilot Studio, Intune, Entra ID, or Power Platform are an advantage.
