We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Japanese Speaking

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

Employment Type: Sub-Contract – 12 Months

Budget: Based on experience & previous salary

Key Requirements

️5–7 years of experience in Project Management

️Experience in Telecom / IT / IoT projects

️Experience managing customer-facing projects

️Strong stakeholder and senior-level communication skills

️Experience in areas such as Network Systems Integration, Cloud Solutions, UC&C, Contact Center or IoT solutions is preferred

️Good understanding of the Telecom and IT industries

️Japanese language proficiency is mandatory – JLPT N1/N2 or Native level

️Fluent in Japanese and English – verbal & written

️PMP / PRINCE2 Practitioner certification is mandatory – either one required

️Ability to work effectively in a virtual/matrix team environment

️Strong project planning, execution, risk, cost, quality and stakeholder management skills

️Manage project planning, execution, monitoring and closure

️Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and quality

️Handle stakeholder communication and customer expectations

️Manage project risks, changes and deliverables

️Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers

️Ensure projects meet agreed customer outcomes and deadlines
