You'll own retention and engagement across our multi-brand portfolio of VPN and security apps. Working across product, data, and marketing, you'll run experiments that move renewal rates, reduce churn, and improve user flows from onboarding through to upsell.

What You'll Do

• Drive the retention roadmap: strategy, experimentation, and measurable impact on renewal, churn, and engagement metrics.
• Improve user flows across onboarding, activation, habit-building, and upsell.
• Run A/B and multivariate experiments, turning results into clear recommendations.
• Ship retention features and lifecycle touchpoints with product and engineering teams.
• Work with CRM marketing on email, push, and in-app messaging for activation and re-engagement.
• Report on growth metrics and present insights to senior stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• 4 to 7 years in growth, product growth, or lifecycle marketing at a consumer subscription or SaaS company.
• Track record of improving retention or reducing churn through experimentation.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, metrics, and experiment readouts.
• Experience optimising user flows on web and mobile.
• Confident working across product, engineering, design, and marketing.
• Strong data analytical skills with familiarity with tools like PowerBI, Mixpanel, Tableau
