High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is often preferred.
Experience:
1 to 3+ years of experience in a team-lead or frontline operational role.
Communication:
Clear verbal and written skills to relay management goals downward and team issues upward.
Leadership:
Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide staff without alienating team members.
Technical Skills:
