We are looking for a highly motivated engineer to join ourCustomer IAM Operations group.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting highly scalable andcomprehensive Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. The idealcandidate will have experience working with IAM systems, a strong technicalbackground in operations and reliability engineering, and a passion for drivingSite Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve platform stability,security, availability, and performance.

This is a Cybersecurity Eng II position at Associate level, which is partof the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise andcreating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks againstactual and potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

What you'll do in the role:
IAM Operations & Engineering
> Build, maintain, and optimize global IAM services, assessing systemperformance and contributing to technical solutions.
> Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions acrossthe organization.
> Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and industry bestpractices.
> Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated by customers, supportteams, and engineers.
> Support the alignment of IAM infrastructure with current and futurebusiness requirements.
> Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvementinitiatives.
> Hands-on experience administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting TransmitSecurity or related Authentication products.

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)x
> Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve operationalexcellence.
> Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve systemarchitecture, resiliency, and scalability.
> Implement automation solutions to reduce operational overhead and improvereliability.
> Drive initiatives to enhance system security, reliability, availability,and performance.
> Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts for IAMplatforms.
> Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
> Contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous service improvementefforts.

What you'll bring to the role:

Technical Skills
> Strong understanding of:
o IAM platforms and products, such as Transmit Security or ForgeRock and PingIdentity.
o Authentication, authorization, federation, and access management concepts.
o Enterprise security standards, protocols, and best practices.
> Intermediate knowledge of operating system administration on Windows andLinux (Red Hat) platforms.
> Intermediate proficiency in at least one scripting language such asPowerShell, Python, Shell, or Perl.
> Experience troubleshooting distributed applications and complex productionenvironments.
> Familiarity with monitoring and operational tools such as Splunk, Grafana,ServiceNow, Jira, and Jenkins.
> Experience working within large-scale enterprise environments.
> Experience supporting IAM platform lifecycle management, includingupgrades, patching, certificate management, and configuration changes.

Soft Skills
> Strong interest in Access Management, Identity Governance, DirectoryServices, and Information Security.
> Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.
> Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
> Comfortable working in an operational support environment with customerinteraction.
> Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-pacedenvironment.
> Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
> Advocate for reliability engineering and continuous improvement practices.
Experience
> Previous experience in IAM Operations, Site Reliability Engineering,Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related technical role.
> Experience supporting mission-critical production environments.
> ITIL, CISSP, Security+, or similar certifications are a plus.
> Experience with cloud platforms and automation technologies is desirable.Preferred Qualifications
> Experience with IAM technologies such as Transmit Security, ForgeRock,Ping Identity, Okta, or Azure AD.
> Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA technologies.
> Experience creating automation scripts and operational tooling.
> Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
