About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Field Operator to join our E-Line Operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in the Oil & Gas industry and gaining hands-on exposure to offshore and well intervention operations. The position supports field operations, equipment preparation, maintenance, inspections, and mobilization activities while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in E-Line operational activities both at the base and offshore locations.
• Participate in pre-job and post-job briefings with the operations team before and after assignments.
• Support equipment preparation, inspection, function testing, and maintenance activities.
• Assist with rig-up, rig-down, mobilization, and demobilization activities.
• Maintain and inspect E-Line equipment, tools, accessories, and surface equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Perform inventory checks on tools, spare parts, consumables, and equipment for each assignment.
• Accurately record operational data, equipment history, and maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with company, client, and industry HSSE requirements at all times.
• Work closely with Crew Chiefs and Field Engineers to support safe and efficient job execution.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Oil & Gas operations is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic engineering software is preferred.
• Willing to travel and work offshore when required.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
