Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Power & Industrial Manufacturing
• Position Title: Accounts Executive (AR & Reconciliation)
• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM; Friday 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and update accounting records accurately.
• Verify and reconcile client accounts, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
• Assist with managing client accounts receivable.
• Verify and check weekly sales journals and monthly fixed asset records.
• Verify and check GST reports.
• Support the Accounts team with client account-related duties.
• Assist the Accounts Manager with accounting tasks and financial analysis when required.
• Arrange air ticket bookings when required.
• Print and process billing invoices received from suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Experience or knowledge in financial reporting.
• Good understanding of financial statements and general ledger processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and numerical skills.
